The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released a notification for Round 3 Online Counselling under Post Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (PGMAC) 2025 for MD, MS, PG Diploma, and DNB (Degree & Diploma) courses in government and private medical colleges of Bihar.

This round is being conducted following the revised NEET-PG 2025 qualifying cut-off percentile announced by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS).

Revised NEET-PG 2025 Cut-off Percentile

General (UR/EWS): 7th percentile and above
UR-PwBD: 5th percentile and above
SC / ST / OBC (including PwD): 0 percentile and above

Who Can Apply

Eligible NEET-PG 2025 candidates who did not register earlier, or
Candidates who registered but did not complete application/payment, and
Candidates not admitted to any medical college in India so far

Online Registration & Choice Filling: 6 February 2026
Last Date to Apply: 9 February 2026 (up to 10:00 PM)
